Solo Date Coconut Berry Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients (serves 1):
½ cup oats (I love a gf one with added chia and flax seeds in it)
1 cup water or milk of choice
Dollup of coconut yoghurt
½ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp toasted nuts or seeds (almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds)
Optional: A piece of seasonal fruit (like this magnifest juicy, local nectarine!)
Method:
Cook oats in water or milk over low heat until creamy.
Gently warm the berries in a small pan for 2-3 minutes (or leave them fresh).
Transfer oats to a bowl. Top with coconut yoghurt, berries, and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
Sprinkle toasted nuts or seeds for crunch.
Pause, take a sip of your morning drink, and savour the textures and flavours.
