My why
After my first year in clinic, I discovered who I felt most deeply called to serve: women who felt disconnected from their bodies, unsure how to support their health, and caught in cycles with food that no longer felt supportive.
While many initially came seeking guidance on what to eat to heal or support their health conditions, I quickly realised that this was only one part of a much deeper picture. At the core of so many cases was disconnection - from their body’s signals, from their energy, their hormones, their needs, and from a way of nourishing themselves that actually felt supportive. Often, their relationship with food was only adding to the stress and disconnection. It became clear that healing wasn’t just about symptoms or diagnoses. It was about restoring trust, creating safety within the body, and helping women reconnect with themselves in a way that felt supportive and sustainable.
My favourite part of any consultation became the deeper work: the shifts in daily rhythms, the nourishment that truly supported their body, understanding their hormones and learning to work with their cycle, and the small, consistent lifestyle changes that rebuilt trust and connection over time. When this foundation was restored, everything else began to shift. Food was no longer a battleground. Symptoms began to settle. Energy improved. Women started to feel at home in themselves again, and it became far easier to address the root cause of health issues that hadn’t resolved after implementing the basic foundations of health and reconnecting with their body.
This is also where I discovered a deep passion for guiding women through the true foundations of health. Not through extremes or quick fixes, but through simple, evidence-based nutrition, supportive lifestyle practices, and a holistic understanding of the body. Time and time again, these foundations helped resolve the concerns women originally came to me for, often before supplements or advanced testing were even needed.
I absolutely love helping women understand how their bodies are designed, so they feel empowered to make food and lifestyle choices that genuinely work for them and their season of life. I support women to create long-term, realistic change that honours their individuality, their lifestyle, and their stage of life. Because there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health. "If we all ate the exact same thing and exercised the exact same amount, our bodies would all still look very different." - Unknown
