(Or phone consultation if you prefer). $120 Follow Up's are focused on tracking your progress and adjusting and changing your treatment plan where required. These are an opportunity for consistent support throughout your healing journey and to keep you accountable so you can achieve your best results. After every follow-up appointment, you receive a With Love envelope - a personalised continuation of your journey, thoughtfully tailored to support what you need most from that session. It is designed to help you reconnect with your body, restore balance, and cultivate a more peaceful relationship with food. Grounded in Voeden’s three pillars - nourishment, connection, and education, this program offers the space and support needed for meaningful and lasting change. Together we will explore what your body is asking for, gently work through patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build nourishing habits that feel natural and sustainable within your daily life. Over these three months, you will deepen your understanding of your body, rebuild trust with food, and feel more grounded, confident, and connected in your health.
