Immune Support Shot

Immune support for the changing seasons.

Ingredients:
3 lemons
1 ginger piece (roughly 1/4 - 1/2 cup)
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
pinch of pepper
2 cup filtered water

Directions:
  1. Cut ginger root and lemon into small pieces to make blending easier. Place the chopped ginger, lemon and water into a high-speed blender and blend until the mixture is smooth. Strain the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a bowl, pressing with a spoon to extract as much juice as possible.
  2. This mixture makes 8 shots. Dilute shot with more water if required when drinking.

Optional: Add a little raw honey if too spicy (Preferably Manuka honey).
